Specification
- UL 508A listed control panel
- NEMA 12 rated enclosure
- Compliance with NFPA99
- Molded case circuit breaker disconnects for each motor with through the door lockable mechanism
- Dual 120V control circuit transformer with fused primary and secondary circuit with dedicated separate circuit breaker for each pump and control
- Pressure switch connection for backup system operation should primary control circuit fail*
- Lighted H-O-A switches and magnetic starters with three legs thermal overload for each pump
- 3.5” multicolor touch screen LCD monitor displays operating status, compressor run hours, faults, system pressure, alarms and service alert for each compressor, dryer control, CO and dew point
- High temperature shutdown for each pump
- PLC controller with control logic to start the lag pump automatically if the lead pump fails to operate.
- Logic automatically removes failed or switched off pump from duty sequence.
- All components used in control panel are non-proprietary and can be replaced using standard off the shelve components**
- Able to accept any range of sensors complying to 24VDC 4-20mA standard on site without the use of factory programming
- Alarm logging on HMI
- Motor bump test and alarm simulation
- Normally open and normally closed dry contact for remote monitoring of NFPA 99 alarm points
